Attorney Bio
Joseph Szesko has been an associate attorney with Zavodnick, Perlmutter & Boccia, LLC since 2017, specializing in personal injury litigation. Joseph graduated from Villanova University in 2013 with a degree in Economics. In the summer following his Sophomore year of college, Joseph worked as an intern at law firm in Dublin, Ireland that represented the Irish Medical Council, prosecuting the misconduct of doctors and nurses. It was during that experience that Joseph wanted to pursue a career in law.
While in law school, Joseph was on the Executive Board of the University of Richmond Law Review and was the head editor of the Law Review’s March Book on Education Law. Joseph was also a member of the Moot Court Board, Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board and a member of the Career Development Advisory Board.
After graduation, Joseph clerked for the Honorable Nora J. Grimbergen, J.S.C. in Superior Court, Essex County. He assisted Judge Grimbergen with her Family Court docket which consisted of Children in Court and Matrimonial matters. Following Joseph’s clerkship, he then joined the team at Zavodnick, Perlmutter & Boccia, LLC.
